VIDEO: Raz B Accuses Chris Stokes Of Molestation

Former B2K member Demario "Raz B" Thorton has been accusing Chris Stokes of molestation and has been posting these video clips on YouTube with the intention of exposing Stokes. However, Stokes has been denying such accusations and has even threatened to sue both Raz-b and his brother, Ricardo Thorton, for slandering his name. Stokes also claims that the videos are a result of him refusing to financially support Raz-b and his mother and for denying her entrance to his launch party, as seen in the clip below.

Jay Z Steps Down From Def Jam

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter said Monday that he will leave his post as president of Universal Music Group's Def Jam Records label after his contract expires this year.

The rapper, who was named Def Jam president three years ago, said in a statement that it is "time for me to take on new challenges."

He will continue to release his own music through his record label, Roc-A-Fella/Def Jam after his contract expires Dec. 31.

Antonio "L.A." Reid, chairman and CEO of Island Def Jam Music Group, said the label regrets Carter's decision to move on.

"While he will continue to be one of our signature artists, he will nonetheless be missed in this executive capacity," Reid said in a statement.

Carter took over Def Jam in December 2004 in an incentive-laden deal that was reportedly valued at up to $10 million. His appointment followed the exit of Lyor Cohen, who departed to be chief executive of Warner Music Group.

As Def Jam's president, Carter signed a number of acts including Ne-Yo and Rihanna, one of the record label's biggest sellers this year with her hit "Umbrella."

Carter co-founded Roc-A-Fella records with Damon Dash in 1995. The label has since become wholly owned by Def Jam, home to Kanye West, among others.

Carter has sold tens of millions of records during his career, powered by hits such as "Big Pimpin'" and "Give It To Me."

He famously said a few years ago that he was retiring from recording music, but returned last year with the album "Kingdom Come." Most recently, he recorded an album inspired by the Denzel Washington-Russell Crowe drama "American Gangster."

Rihanna On The Cover Of Allure Magazine

Rihanna will be featured on the cover of the January issue of Allure Magazine and in an interview will be speaking on being bullied in school, her rumored relationship with actor Josh Harnett and on her feelings towards Beyonce.

On being bullied in school for being too "white":

"I've been a little confused as a kid because i grew up with my mum, my mum is black. So
I was cultured in a very 'black' way. But when i go to school I'm getting called 'white'.
They would look at me and curse me out. I didn't understand. I just knew I saw
people of different shades and I was light. Now I'm in a much bigger world."

On Josh Hartnett:

“This is what really happened,” the 19-year-old singer tells Allure magazine. “He and my management, they have each other’s contact information. I went to (the New York club) Pink Elephant, and he came by. All of a sudden, the next day, I’m seeing that we were kissing and hugging up each other.”

“You can’t even go out with a friend who’s a celebrity and have a good time without people making (bleep) up,” “Well, at least he’s good-looking, right?”

On Beyonce:

She's and I’m (his) new protegee. When we see each other we say hi. We’re not enemies, but we’re not `friends’ friends.”

R-Kelly Gets A Warrant For His Arrest

CHICAGO (STNG) ― R & B superstar R. Kelly missed a court date in his child pornography case Wednesday after his tour bus was stopped by Utah state police.

Judge Vincent Gaughan, presiding over the case, entered a warrant for Kelly's arrest. But he held off on putting it into effect until Thursday, when Gaughan ordered Kelly to appear before him at 9 a.m.

Cook County prosecutors noted Gaughan had already shown considerable leeway in letting Kelly travel outside Illinois. The singer is required to get permission for each trip.

"This is just an abuse of the process. It's disrespectful of your honor," said Assistant State's Attorney Shauna Bolicker.

Kelly, 40, is charged with child pornography for allegedly videotaping himself having sex with a girl estimated to be 13 or 14. He has pleaded not guilty in the case, which has been pending since 2002.

One of R. Kelly's defense lawyers, Ed Genson, said Kelly had performed a concert in Sacramento and was "detained because of some snow."

Then, state police pulled over Kelly's tour bus in Green River, Utah, to check the bus' log, Genson said. The log details how long a particular driver has been driving a bus. The police ordered Kelly's bus to stop for eight hours because the log had not been properly filled out, Genson said.

The bus went to the nearest motel. "We had a lawyer down there. We cut the eight hours down to three or four," Genson said.

Genson assured Gaughan that Kelly had made every effort to make it to court on time. "Mr. Kelly is presently about two hours away from the courtroom," Genson said.

A representative from Cook County pretrial services said Kelly has been complying with the rules governing his travel.

Gaughan told Bolicker, "I don't take this lightly, either," and entered the warrant on Kelly. However, he continued the warrant until Thursday's court appearance.

Gaughan also said he would set a trial date Thursday for the case.

Conflict Between Rihanna & Ciara Causes Show To Cancel?

Rihanna postponing her tour in Europe and canceling her show at Birmingham's NEC Arena has caused a lot of speculation about a growing tension between her and R&B singer Ciara.

According to reports, the Bajan singer canceled her performance due to a doctor's advisement. However, it is being rumored that Ciara's management felt she was being slighted out of her rehearsal time and confronted Rihanna's management about the situation. But it seems the confrontation may have led to the show coming to a stand still since both sides may not have been able to agree on how their rehearsal scheduling should be conducted.
