Buju Banton's Nephew Making His Mark On the Music Industry

Sean Kingston, a 17 year old native of Jamaica who now resides in Miami and is the nephew of Buju Banton, has been blowing up the airwaves with his newly released single "Stand By Me". The song which sounds more like an "Old Hits", describes a heart broken guy who becomes suicidal after a break up.

He says, "It's hard when you're in love and a girl tells you that it is time to end things. I know everyone can relate to that, so that's why i had to write about it."

Contrary to it's somewhat morbid premise, the song's catchy chorus and unique rhythm has made it become one of the hottest songs this summer.

Kingston is also fortunate enough to have J.R Rotem as his producer, who has created hits for celebrities such as Rhianna, 50-cent, The Game and Snoop Dog.

With such a unique style and a talented producer behind him, it's clear we should expect to see more of Kingston's songs toping the charts in the near future.
